Delivery & Returns
Shipping charges are free of charge for orders over the value of £ 250.00 GBP* net of Vat in the UK.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders will be processed and shipping during standard working hours (0830 – 1600 BST) Monday to Thursday and (0830 – 1500 BST) Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
The deadline for orders to be shipped the same day is 16:00 (15:00 on Fridays).
Any orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the next working day assuming all parts are in stock and ready for dispatch.
All orders:
- must be paid for in full before any goods are dispatched if a credit account is not held.
- require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure delivery can be made to an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
- are packaged with great care, ensuring your order and the contents it contains, makes it safely through the delivery network.
- Hydraulic oil tanks from 50 Litre capacity upwards,
- Selected Electric motors and Engines,
- Selected Heat Exchangers,
- Various other products that are over maximum permissible parcel volume and require a Pallet Service delivery,
- Before 12am, 10am, Saturday AM Delivery,
- Deliveries outside the UK.
Where products require a Palletised delivery, this will be indicated on the website.

Collection – All customers are welcome to have their order collected by another courier of their choosing, or come to visit our warehouse in Kingsclere, to collect their order in person.
We kindly ask that customers advise us in advance that they are planning to collect their order so that we can ensure there is no delay for your collection.
If your order is urgent and you require delivery to be guaranteed for a certain period, please contact us as soon as possible. Our email is info@hycon.co.uk or you can call us on 01189 782 555 for quicker turn around.
If a product is showing as not available from stock, we advise you to contact us to check when we have more stock arriving.
If there are any items on your order that are currently out of stock with a long lead time, a member of our sales team will also contact you and let you know the expected delivery date(s).
UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
There are a variety of delivery services available to customers in the UK, which are not listed below. If you require specific delivery information or a specific service, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Various postcodes in the UK are eligible for delivery next day, please see the Parcel Force extended delivery times for UK zones information on their website.
All packages shipped with our Parcel Courier Service will weigh less than 25 Kg, if you have any item(s) that weighs more than 25 kg or if the product is too large is not able to fit into the maximum permissible box sizes provided by our Parcel Courier Service then we may use an alternative courier service.
- Economy Typically, 2-3 working days from order.
- Express 24* Delivered by close of business next working day.
- Express AM* Delivered by 12 noon next working day.
- Express 10* Delivered by 10am next working day.
- Saturday Delivery* Express services are also available for delivery on a Saturday at an extra cost.
- Pallet Service
- FREE Delivery Free UK mainland delivery is available for orders over £250+VAT, however some product ranges are excluded, for any timed deliveries there will be an associated cost.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
European deliveries will be made by an alternative Courier appropriate to the region and service required, the appropriate courier will be selected depending on the size and weight of the order while also considering the required delivery speed.
We will contact you to confirm the cost of this delivery or arrange for your collection with you.
For any orders outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware there may be additional custom fees to pay.
ORDER TRACKING
If your order is dispatched from our depot in Kingsclere, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
As mentioned above in red, occasionally we may ship from the product manufacturer / supplier(s) if do not have stock available at our warehouse. When this happens, it is not always possible to provide tracking details through our automated system.
If you cannot locate your tracking or delivery information for your order, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for most items sold on our website, however, there are certain product lines that cannot be returned, for example, custom made hose assemblies or DC and AC power units.
If we have had to order in an item specifically for your order that we do not stock, the return of that item is subject to our supplier taking the item back from us and will also be subject to a handling charge.
